The Form 5 Tourism and Hospitality Studies students visited the Cordis, Hong Kong to participate in a dining etiquette workshop and hotel tour organized by the hotel. Through explanations and demonstrations, they learn how to set a table, read a menu, identify and use cutlery, and arrange seating. A lunch session was arranged to practise proper dining etiquette.
