Our S4 Visual Arts students recently joined the "Burnt Foil Painting Workshop " at the historic Blue House in Wan Chai. Organized by the Wharf Youth Art Ambassadors, this event allowed students to step into a revitalized heritage site to discover the ancient Chinese craft of burnt foil art.

Using gold and silver foils, students experienced the hands-on process of creating their own artwork. By blending traditional folk techniques with their own personal creativity, they gained a deep appreciation for the beauty and craftsmanship of this unique art form.

It was a truly rewarding experience that allowed our students to connect with traditional handmade culture and broaden their artistic horizons!
